It’s not easy to decide on the best degree for you, especially after you’ve just passed the gruesome stage of pre-university exams. When all of your energy is poured into A Levels, the SATs, IB Diploma, AUSMAT, or CIMP, it feels like there’s no spark left to plan on what degree to take.

Aries (March 21 to April 19)

This driven, high-energy sign would flourish in the uncertain field of Business, which is why majoring in business is the best thing for them. The baby of the zodiac wants to be free to lead their own projects, something only a business graduate is capable of doing.

This air sign is ruled by Mercury, which means they are all about communication and information. The best degree for curious and dual personality Geminis is Marketing. The demanding field — which often includes working for agencies and putting in long hours — is perfect for them. They also do well in group assignments and prefer the company of others to being alone.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22)

Caregiving Cancer has a natural affinity for getting along well with kids, which is why they will feel right at home in the classroom. Early Childhood Education programmes seem almost made for the emotional, sensitive Cancer who tends to live in the past. Libras are motivated by social harmony and are good at persuading others to join their cause, making them the perfect Human Resources majors. Their natural charm makes people around them more willing to open up. They have a knack for balancing the dynamics of large groups of people without necessarily assuming an overpowering position too. 

Scorpio (Oct. 23 to Nov. 21)

Scorpios obsess over something until they get it. Criminal Justice ticks all the boxes for them as this sign has the unique ability to persist even in the most difficult situations. The best degrees for water signs are no doubt those that will enhance their emotional depth. Pisces is no exception to this rule. Social Work is the obvious winner when it comes to these empathetic and mature beings, who could have made amazing writers and poets but will blossom most when they do immediate good for others.
