What to know about Spotify\’s student premium plan

The Spotify student discount — or Premium Student account — applies if you have a verified enrolment at an approved university in the US. It costs just US$4.99 instead of US$9.99 each month — a sweet deal for students who love to plug in their earphones or AirPods into their ears to drown out their surroundings.

Do note that your Spotify student discount will be reviewed annually to ensure that you\’re still valid for the discount.

In the US, the Spotify student discount also includes Hulu (ad-supported) and SHOWTIME in the package — or three services for one bill. Unfortunately, only the US has this special package. Here are the prices for the following countries:
